ABOUT THE OWNER
Hello! I'm Bettina Read, the owner of Complete Errand. The company was started by Lynn Sudlow in 1999, and she ran this premier personal concierge business in the Upper Valley for twenty years. I am thrilled to carry on her work, and give it my own creative flair. I worked in banking for six years and as a paralegal for over eleven years. I have personally experienced the stress busy workers feel when their personal and professional lives make conflicting demands. I also understand confidentiality; this is important as you invite me into your daily life. As a nurturing, caring person who enjoys solving problems and helping people, I look forward to helping people and businesses in the area make their lives a little easier. I am a native Vermonter, and have lived in the Upper Valley since 1996. I know the area businesses well. I look forward to using these connections and my own creativity and caring to help make your life easier.

How much notice do you need to help me? Sometimes I’m in a total panic and need help right away.
When you call Complete Errand and reach voice mail, you should always leave a message. We check vmail regularly and are usually able to get back to you within an hour or two. Email is answered quickly, too. Our service is based upon availability, but we make every effort to provide solutions tailored your needs.
How do I know what I can delegate to you?
Just ask! We’re constantly getting queries about potential services, and we gladly consider how to best satisfy new requests. Sometimes the way we help is to refer you to a qualified outside vendor. In our years of serving the area, we’ve developed a long list of service providers we feel confident in recommending.
Can I really do this? Letting go of control is very hard for me!
We understand that, and we know we need to earn your confidence. You actually will feel more in control of your life when you aren’t bombarded by so many conflicting demands.
